Creamy Chocolate Chai

While the kids may love chocolate milk, parents may want a little something more adult. Our Chocolate Chai tea offers an outstanding tea on its own or an adult version of chocolate milk when combined with this tea. (If you’re sensitive to caffeine, you can substitute with our chocolate mint for a mint-forward chocolate treat!)

Instructions:

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chai
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup of chocolate milk

Step 1. Heat your water to just under boiling

Step 2: Brew your 2 tbps of your loose leaf chocolate chai in your water for 5 minutes, thus creating a tea concentrate.

Step 3: While your tea is steeping, warm your chocolate milk up to your liking.

Step 4: Mix your tea concetrate and Milk

And voila! You have yourself a luxurious chocolate treat!

Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte:

Here in America, we have grown to know Pumpkin Spice Chai as a quintecential taste of fall, but what makes our tea an even tastier classic is turning this tea into a creamy cozy latte!

Instructions:

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of your favorite loose-leaf chai
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, honey, or your sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy substitute, divided
  • Freshly ground nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate shavings, or other garnishes as desired.

Step 1. start by steeping your chai in freshly boiled water for five minutes, then straining out the leaves. This will create a chai concentrate.

Step 2. Sweeten your concentrate to taste.

Step 3. Gently heat 2/3 cup of your milk or milk substitute in the microwave or on the stove until steaming, then stir into your concentrate.

If you desire a foam topping, whipped cream makes an even more decatent latte, or heat milk in a unopen jar in an microwave for 15-30 seconds, place top on the jar and shake until small bubbles form, and you have a airly lighter option!
